El quita penas (recoleta 1480)
This famous restaurant, located in front of the general cemetery is named after the grieving mourners pass to quench thirst and hunger when they come to say goodbye to their loved ones to the cemetery
With an aesthetic of typical Chilean Soda Fountain with a rich homemade food and a loud jukebox and the advantage of being in the vicinity of General and Catholic Cemeteries choppy for a while makes you forget the pain of loss.
